Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Publishingroom Concrete wants publishingroom.homes to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This page shows how we approach it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is a widely used standard.
What We Try to Do
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label form fields clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time. When we find a problem with the site, we work to correct it.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@publishingroom.homes, and we will do what we can to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@publishingroom.homes and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keep Improving
Accessibility is never done. We will keep it in mind as we update the site.
