How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Publishingroom Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Publishingroom Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If work at your home went wrong, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Publishingroom Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@publishingroom.homes and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
